what's for dinner?
My super yummy chicken chili is the best and one our our favorites! Cook the peppers and onion in a deep dutch-oven style pan. Add 2 pressed garlic cloves and cook until peppers and onions are soft. Add 4 chicken breast cut into cubes and cook for 10-15 minutes. Next comes all the canned stuff- 2 big cans of green chili enchilada sauce, 2 cans of black beans & 1 can of pinto bean
