it seems like my life is monotonous. we wake up, ella comes, we play downstairs, have a snack, go upstairs to get jenna dressed and do hair, jenna naps, ella watches backyardigans while i shower, ella and i play downstairs, its 10:40 so we get jenna up to go and pick up noelle, we have lunch, clean up, ella naps, noelle and i play with jenna downstair, super why comes on, jenna naps again, noelle and i do 'big girl' stuff, ella wakes up- soon followed by jenna, all four of us 'help' with laundry and other chores upstairs, come down and play like crazy until lisa comes and takes 2/3rds of them home, jenna and i curse intuit for the next two hours until dave comes home...
(they just switched his schedule from 6:30-3:00 M thru F to 8:00-5:30 M thru Th and getting off F at noon. we were VERY spoiled with him coming home at 3:30 each day. he would come in and occupy these girls so that i could get some things done, or just go to the bathroom alone.)
tuesday i had a 2 pm appt with the podiatrist in the every present saga of my feet. dave took some time off to watch the girls- which was fantastic. i walked in after an appt and xrays by 4 and he practically ran out to go back to work saying nothing but 'I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU DO IT'. there was a pile of four different puzzles pieces on the table and toys were everywhere. the girls had a great time- but i was reminded of the fact that men have difficulties multi-tasking.
right now the girls are pretending to be chased by jenna-- there is screaming intermixed with laughing-- it's cute.
she first figured out how to get in, and couldn't get out. this is her figuring it out.
i love that my kid is a problem solver.
ella likes to give jenna her bottle after i mix it. today she wanted to
sit right next to her as she had her milk.

I like how she makes a face like it's horrible but continues to open her mouth. What a silly and trusting child!
I love the picture of the girls in the laundry basket! Can that really be Ella!? She looks so big with her hair half up and it looks blonder too!
I love that video. Babies are so cute with cold things, its like they can't decide if the cold is worth the yummy taste. Sounds like you're staying very busy. Good luck!
