i didn't realize until i got the email from babycenter yesterday- but i am now officially halfway through this pregnancy! yippee! the baby is now the length of a banana (10 inches), or as jenna would say, 'nana'.
i know these post are suppose to be accompanied with a picture, but that didn't happen. i mentioned to david that i was half-way, and got a high five. then i asked him a silly question. i said, 'honey, if i've gained less than 10 pounds in the first half, does that mean that i will only gain 10 pounds in the second half?'. you know what he said?! he said, 'sure, if you exercise and eat right.' but quickly took it back after he saw the expression on my face. 'you know i don't know much about this stuff.'
the weight thing is one of the most difficult parts of being pregnant for me. i know- i have issues, but none the less, it's something i think about all too much.
so far so good though. jenna will kiss my belly and say 'baby', but i know she has no idea just yet. i love my girl, and am excited for her to be the big sister.
we have our sonogram tomorrow, and at this point, are NOT finding out whether it's a girl or a boy. only 20 weeks until we all find out!

I hate you for not finding out the sex of the baby... it would kill me!!!
I am missing all the best sales on next winters clothes for the little one.........mom
mom has a good point..... you don't get any of the goods if she doesn't know what to shop for. I was watching deliver me last night and 2 out of the 3 ladies were waiting to deliver to learn the sex.... I think it's all very exciting!

Don't worry about the no picture thing. I'd rather you post with no pix than not post at all!
