Another exciting visit to El Paso

  Meet Samuel. He’s the newest nephew.     We’ve been very blessed with LOTS of boys in our family lately (Jenna was the last girl on the Scott side, and Audrey, who’s just 8 weeks younger than Jenn, the last girl on my side). Samuel shares David’s birthday of December 6th, and we were lucky to be able to be in Texas for his Blessing Day this past Sunday. Jenna loves him, but honestly, had more fun with her cousins.      Adam takes off his shirt (or cries until we help him) if it gets even the littlest bit wet. And he wanted in the picture… and he also wanted to get on my lap with the others. He would point at Sam and say, “Baby” or “Baby Sam” but that’s where his interest stopped, unless he saw me holding him. Silly boy- he knows he’s still my baby.     Jenna was very excited to hold him and kept trying to force the pacifier in his mouth. Sam was very tolerant. He really is a sweet baby. I got to wrestle his cute blessing outfit on him that morning, and was able to hold him through most of church. He made the thought of a number 3 for me a little more manageable. Calm down- we’re not quite there yet, but at least the mere thought doesn’t give me a panic attack.   I just love this next strip of pictures. Jenna was truly in heaven with Alexandra and Audrey. Adam tried to keep up most of the time too. 

    I guess nearly 9 year old Benjamin was too busy to pose for pictures. We are so glad that it’s only a 5 hours drive to attend fun family events like this. We left Saturday morning, and were home in our beds by 10 pm Sunday night. Adam is not a great traveler. Not at all. David and I have actually decided to NOT take him for awhile… We’ll see how that works out. :)
