twins!

lindsey was one of the first girls i was assigned to visit teach when we moved into our house nearly 3 years ago. after chatting with her, and hitting it off right away, i clearly remember saying ‘I think we should be friends!’

i remember being pregnant with adam, and her talking about how she wanted another (her son was about to start school and her daughter was 3). while she had no trouble getting her first or second, it just wasn’t happening this time around. we prayed for them to add to their family and had some good times hanging out together. lindsey was a HUGE help to me emotionally at a tough time in my life, and i will never forget her!

her family moved to phoenix last summer, and shortly after (with the help of a fertility specialist) she found out she was having TWINS! i was so excited for her and her family! her cousins hosted a baby shower this past weekend for her in tucson, and it was super great seeing her again.

AND i had a blast making blankets, burp clothes and these fun onesie::

wouldn’t twins, a boy AND a girl, be so much fun?! okay, TONS of work, but so fun to dress, and show off, right? i wish lindsey the best of luck and cannot wait to meet her little ones!
