out with the old



 
and in with the new!
we did it all by ourselves and i thought it should be documented.
this morning, jenn used it and said, "wow, that new potty works great!" 
success!

Funny how the old base looks the same as the new one, at least in the pictures. I thought, "Uh, did they really replace that?" :)
