Intuit spoils it’s workers often. Each year they host at least one family party. Last year, it was at Old Tucson, and this year they invited us to the Pima Air and Space Museum. David and I have talked about taking the kids, so this was perfect; Free for all and food/activities included.
It’s a really neat place with lots to look at. With the kids, we kind of just run through, but even they enjoyed it. They had a 30 minute tram ride around the lot to look at all the cool old planes, and both kids sat really well (eating their bags of popcorn) and let Dave and I listen.
Lunch was just okay, but the ice cream was delicious. This was why we brought the double jogger. They both made a HUGE mess, but a little spray and wash saved both their cute outfits.
This was over a month ago (end of April) but I didn’t want to leave it out of the blog book. We were all set that morning to leave the house to be at the party just as it started so we could see everything before the kids got tired and cranky. I got a call from our property manager just as we were leaving our neighborhood saying that she had two people that called about seeing the house. They wanted to come that morning. We turned the car around, got both kids unloaded and set up with a show (we thought it was so funny that both of them cried when we told them we weren’t leaving yet) and David and I went to town speed cleaning. We spend 40 putting things away, doing dishes, making bed and running the vacuum. It must of paid off because one of the those people is our current tenant. :)

Love that place! So fun for kids and interesting for adults too! Sad we only got to take Preston there once.
